The 1st EUE-Net action line ::: Q-PlaNET Project |
| One of the EUE-Net main objectives - enhancing the quality of student placements by development of a quality standard for quality of practical placement in enterprises - is achieved and implemented within the Q-PlaNET project (www.q-planet.org). After more then one and a half year since its start, the following have been achieved: |

There have been set-up three experimental Quality Reference Centres,
in Romania and Estonia
(University of Bucharest, Transilvania University of Brasov and
Tallinn University of Technology);

The Quality Standard for student placements in enterprises is under
development, the final version will be soon available;

| During January 25-26, 2010, in Brussels will take place the next meeting, aiming to shape the application for the EU project that would continue Q-PlaNET. Following the achievement of the three pilot Reference Centres, the main goal of the new project is to set-up a network of Reference Centres for Quality of Student Placements in Europe. |

| Coming EUE-Net event ::: The 1st European Career Convention and the EUE-Net General Assembly |
| The next meeting of our network will be held during April 15-18, 2010, in Vienna, Austria, collocated with the first European Convention of Career Centers - CareerCon. Each partner is expected to be represented by at least one representative - the costs will be covered by EUE-Net project.
