The main topic of the project is to improve the co-operation between higher education and enterprises in a 3W (win-win-win) scheme.
- Firstly, the Universities need to enhance the quality of their deliverables by involving, if not even integrating the Enterprises as an active actor in the training, curriculum design and academic offer formulation processes;
- Second, the enterprises to benefit from the highest qualified workforce and minimize internal training expenses in the early stages of fresh graduates work experience;
- Third, the students need to be exposed intensively, although gradually to the real life job situations in order to enable a full achievement of their potential from the very early stages of professional life.
The project will encourage the best use of the existing good practice that will be first analyzed and exchanged and finally integrated into the commonly agreed model within the Network that will be promoted further at national and European levels.
